What sources do you count on for national news coverage?  How about international and local news?

I read the BBC World Service for international news. BBCWS, Newsweek, and NPR provide US national news. The Athens Banner-Herald and the Red and Black provide local news.

As a computer geek, I follow about 150 different news sources on databases, programming, software, hardware, video games, web technology, gadgets, and miscellaneous other topics around technology. Since I use RSS, its easy for me track the 700 or more stories collected a day.
