Okay… could be entirely wrong, but it sounds like to me that Microsoft is using the Windows Messenger (not to be confused with MSN Messenger) to alert file sharers not to distribute the Microsoft Windows source code. Uh… aren’t they the ones that told people to disable the Windows Messenger service to stop spam? So if I am a good Windows user and distributing the source code, then I would have no idea that Microsoft warned me.
