Have never understood cheating on tests. (Never really studied for tests, but that is a different point.) If I want to do well on a test, then all I have to do is learn to take it better. It ruins the purpose of a test to cheat. Tests are there to help me find out whether or not I understand the material.
Cheating just ensures that I get a good grade without really learning the material. When I need to use it in the future I am screwed. Not good.
Certifications are probably just as important about not cheating as other kinds of testing in my estimation. Teachers which cheat on their certification tests probably are not as good as teachers which can pass without cheating. Database designers which cheat on certification tests probably design inferior databases. Not good.

There’s so no point to cheating. 😉
